Patrick de Trez has been appointed the Orange representative on the Management Board of FreeMove!
Patrick is Head of International Mobility Services (IMS) at Orange Business Services where he leads the development and delivery of international mobile connectivity services as well as new, value-added services including Multisourcing Service Integration (MSI) for Mobility and IoT for Orange’s multinational enterprise customers.
Prior to joining the FreeMove Management Board, Patrick represented Orange within FreeMove as Business Support Manager for 12 years.
He began his professional career in the travel agency business before becoming Director of Call Center operations for Belgium and Luxembourg for one of Europe’s most important airlines. During this period, he represented the airline as President of the Airlines Association of Belgium & Luxemburg-Customer Service/Call centers.
Patrick is a seasoned service management professional with over 20 years of leadership experience in the mobile telecommunications industry, preceded by several years in the travel industry.
Patrick is a graduate of Brussels CERIA – Management Hotel & Tourism Business.
