Tobias holds a BSc in Business Administration and Management and an MSc in IT Engineering, a combination that has been the foundation of his outstanding professional journey. Over 13 years as a management consultant at Capgemini Invent, Tobias excelled in leading roles in Strategy, Innovation, Technology, and Telecommunications.
He is a dynamic leader and is known for his passion for building high-performing teams and fostering purpose-driven organizations, Tobias has consistently driven innovation, digital transformation, and strategic growth in his roles.
In addition to his job, Tobias enjoys spending time with his family and friends, he is passionate about sports, particularly skiing and beach volleyball, as well as outdoor activities like trekking.
